Author, broadcaster, training-film maker, mediator, Director of Equaville Limited personally conducts these courses.  He has held senior management  positions in the entertainment industry in London, Africa and the U.S.A. where he had an opportunity to study developments in executive and management training. After military service with the Royal Air Force Cinema Corporation he has served as Assistant General Secretary of a trade union within the entertainment industry. Writer producer of Equaville's management training films he is also an independent consultant to industrial film makers. Since founding Equaville in 1972 he has developed many new courses for personnel at all levels in leading industrial and commercial organisations and public authorities in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and the Former Soviet Union.

His speaking and business-writing courses have been recognised by the Institution of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, London (IMechE) as credits for its qualifying examinations.
